User agrees not to use any trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property of ResourceQue without ResourceQue's prior written consent. User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Site or any content on the Site without ResourceQue's prior written consent.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and ResourceQue makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the Site, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any intellectual property rights.

ResourceQue does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times or that the Site will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability

ResourceQue reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. User's continued use of the Site following any changes to this Agreement constitutes User's acceptance of the changes.

7. Termination

ResourceQue may terminate User's access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice to User.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and ResourceQue and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
